Wannier Diagrams for Semiconductor Artificial Graphene

Quantum transport has been simulated in hexagonal semiconductor lattices of antidots with a period 80 nm and short-range disorder. Wannier diagrams, i.e., DoS ( n , B ) maps the density states, where is electron magnetic field strength, have calculated for several potential modulation amplitudes comparable to or much larger than Fermi energy. Deep dips states form rays positive, zero, negative slopes. In addition fan separating first second, as well second third Landau levels, include that are parallel them shifted by integers characteristic 0 strength respectively. It shown sign magnitude slope correspond centers plateaus quantized Hall resistances R xy . The lattice brightly manifested replicas oscillations between positive values at fixed density, which indicates interchange hole charge carriers.
